Infantile colic is a common condition in paediatric practice (Larson & Ayllon 1990) with very little consensus in medical circles as to its aetiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis (Pinyerd & Zipf 1989). The purpose of this study is to ascertain the therapeutic efficacy of chiropractic spinal adjustments in relieving the symptomatology of infantile colic.en_US
